This meditation is a safe, direct, and powerful energetic process. It rests on clear principles that set the direction and allows the practitioner to safely let go and open up to the energy in motion. This energy has many names and is also referred to as Shakti, Kundalini and life force energy.

During the practice you allow Shakti to open, liberate, activate and unite the body’s energetic system. You let the mind surrender and give your mental system a complete reboot.

Principles of the Meditation

  • Trust.

    Trust the energy completely. There is nothing to fear or resist in the energetic experience.

  • Accept.

    Accept your experience unconditionally. Release all judgements, desires, and resistance to what is unfolding now. No experience or expression is better or worse than that what is.

  • Surrender.

    Relax the body. Relax the mind. Relax the personal agenda, will and control. Allow the energy in motion (Shakti) to move freely through you, and allow it to move you.

  • Stay in the body.

    Stay absolutely present with the sober experience of all sensations in the body now. Use all your senses to feel. The subtle and the intense. Energy is felt in the body. Feel everything and feel more.

  • Relax the mind.

    Experience everything without attaching meaning to it. Ignore all mental activity like logic reasoning, understanding, causality, assumptions, ideas, insights and narratives. In this practice mental activity is irrelevant and only stands in the way of aligning with the other principles. The mind cannot go where we are going. Let it have some well deserved time off.
